1. Using Seekr

By creating an account or using Seekr, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Your account

Use an email address you control and keep access to it secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account. One account is for one person. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Your content

Your CVs belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only so we can provide the service: saving them, showing them to you and creating your downloads.

You're responsible for making sure your CV is truthful, and that you have permission to include other people's details, such as references.

4. AI writing suggestions

The writing assistant suggests wording based on what you entered. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review every suggestion before you use it, and replace any placeholder such as [add a measurable result] with real facts. Don't add achievements you didn't make.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Seekr to break the law, impersonate someone, create misleading CVs in another person's name, send spam, collect data from the service automatically, or try to access other people's accounts or disrupt the service.

6. Jobs

When job listings are available, Seekr helps you find and apply to them. We're not the employer and we can't guarantee interviews or job offers. Employers are responsible for their listings and hiring decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Seekr available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or stop features. For major changes we'll give notice when we reasonably can. Keep a downloaded copy of important CVs.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Seekr isn't liable for indirect losses, such as a missed job opportunity, arising from using or being unable to use the service. [Liability cap to be set by your lawyer.]

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the My CVs page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Syria]. [Courts or dispute process to be set by your lawyer.]
